新北市板橋區今下午3時許發生銀行搶案，41歲的葉姓搶匪於今晚間7時許落網，警方調查，葉嫌當時帶玩具槍和水果刀去搶銀行，他則供稱是因債務纏身才鋌而走險，向朋友借款則是為了幫孩子繳學費以及付父親的醫藥費，贓款到手便先匯了33萬元還債，警方現正釐清贓款去向和確切的犯案動機。
今下午3時許，葉嫌頭戴安全帽並持槍到遠東路的玉山銀行搶劫，他上午便友來勘查場地，接著將車牌以膠帶遮掩，再挑準即將關門的時機，先是用武器嚇阻行員，接著跳進櫃檯搜刮現金，共搶走50萬元，隨即騎機車逃逸，犯案過程不到10分鐘。
警方調查，葉嫌已婚育有2子，曾經營手機維修，但收入不穩，葉嫌則供稱他為了幫孩子繳學費，並付父親的醫藥費而向友人借款，贓款得手後，他先將30多萬元存入銀行，再以ATM匯款給友人還債，警方訊後依強盜罪嫌移送法辦，將釐清確切犯罪原因和贓款流向。
