HE CRAWLS helplessly along the walkway at Eu Tong Sen Street, stretching his hand out to beg for cash.
Some stop to give him money, presumably feeling sorry for the frail-looking elderly man who seemingly has lost the ability to use his legs.
Here's the catch. Once he collects enough money, he stands up on his two feet and walks away - to a nearby coffee shop for beer.
However, his act has gone on long enough for some people who frequent the area to realise his ruse.
