The Govt is Ah Beng. Kia-Su and Thick-Skin. Seriously lack self-confidence and fear to be looked down for poor standard in sports. Unable to bear their own fear and shames so they abused these childish loopholes to BUY FACE with tax payers monies.

They are like Ah Beng wearing Rolex and large gold bangles, to be flashy and show-off. Because Ah Bengs knows that they are being looked down by the world, they are ashamed of their own poor standards, their big egos hurt badly.

So they flatter themselves by decorating themselves with meaningless ornaments and display these childish gestures and made jokes of themselves like fools.
