Model Abigail O'Neil's morning ritual involves eating an entire chocolate cake for breakfast.
Her new cookbook Model Chocolate includes recipes that she has trialed and tested for three years, claiming that she didn't do any exercise and actually lost weight.
Ms O'Neil's chocolate isn't the typical chocolate you'd find at the supermarket, it's called cacao, which is the most raw and wholesome form of chocolate you can buy.
Cacao has been considered to be a 'superfood' by health experts.
Different from cocoa, which loses its nutrients through a heat process, cacao nibs are ground down to a powder. They're not cooked or processed and retain more than 300 compound.
Ms O'Neil says it's cacao that has contributed to her feeling and looking beautiful.
"It's really good for your metabolism, it's sugar free, diary free and gluten free. Raw cacao has a high content of flavonoids and they're a powerful antioxidant."
However, nutritionist Matt O'Neil says everything should be in moderation.
"It's wonderful to see a model eat lots of chocolate. I guess the potential negative is that it's too much of one kind of food. For a normal person who doesn't have a super fast metabolism, you can overdo your calories very easily," Mr O'Neil said.
"Two small squares, not two blocks a day."
