Africans also have a choice to sell or not to sell their minerals. They can always bargain a better terms for themselves. From what I see, they have not much choice but to sell their greatest assets. They have not much bargaining power as they lack most of the expertise. Even mining of minerals have to depend on others to do it for them. Don't tell me they have not learn after so many years.

Thrir skills are not in mining nor timber.They do not see destruction of nature as a way to make a good living.
They live with nature.
