what u listen to this videoclip is exactly what's going on in singapore. it's so so bloody difficult and time wasting just to speak to a REAL HELPFUL PERSON at the end of the line. and that they unashamefully called service or worst, "value-added service". :((
the banks, the telcos, the statboards.....everywhere. why do they wanna waste enquirer's time when in the end some person would still have to attend to the call? but again in the end, it just pisses the caller off.
