Blatant Cut Queue on SuperGa Open Event
I would like to contribute this video which is for the Superga Open Event where first 10 pax are rewarded with free shoes. Queue cutting is evident in the video where large groups who know each other allow their friends to cut the queue, forcing lone/dual customers to move to the back of the queue even though they arrived first.
When the attached video evidence was presented to Superga staff, they said
"there was nothing they could do." and they have to stick with "whoever's in the line "although they were well aware of the queue cutting and the coercing of us who arrived first to be behind.
Ironic the event is named Superga Open when it's not fair play.
