This issue makes Ms Vivian out as totally incompetent. He is grasping at hot air. He doesn't even know the difference between spring and annual cleaning. He doesn't even know that Mr Tai was referring to spring cleaning. He assumes that annual cleaning has to coincide with spring cleaning (I thought scholars are supposed to be smart...he isn't as he didn't ask his staff the question to clarify. Thus he makes himself look like a fool.)
Ms Vivian should release more info ....
1. Who chaired those 3 meetings that NEA attended?
2. Where are the agenda for those meetings?
3. Where are the official minutes of those meetings?
Ms Vivian is now slapping some of his officials for not preparing him well enough for his parliamentary attack.
