Andrew Barr, a foreign expert witness “began his presentation to the committee by saying that the recommendations were “fairly common sense and not rocket science”.

Revelation: Common sense was precisely what was lacking in Saw Piak Wah and her team. Yet Singaporeans paid millions for their salaries.

“Mr Tan expressed concern that if people knew that the train lines were running for free, the service may be abused and this may lead to even more people clogging up the network. “

Mr Vincent Tan, Senior VP of SMRT, should have his head checked or resign from SMRT as I don’t know which planet he plucked the idea that commuters would want to curi (steal) a free train ride when the lines are broken just so they can get trapped in the tunnel for hours.

A CEO who was paid by the millions has no excuse that somebody bluffed her. The million dollar salary include payment for the ability to know who is talking cock and who is real. "Sharp" is the word for such ability. They don't need to know the details. They can smell disaster.
