What Prime Minister Albanese, Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong and other like-minded politicians in Europe and Canada don’t seem to understand is that by recognising a non-existent Palestinian State they have encouraged even more brutality from Hamas and other terrorist groups.
Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a co-founder of Hamas, stated: “We welcome Australia’s decision to recognise the state of Palestine.” He then claimed that the brutal attack on Israel on 7th October, 2023 was now seen by them to be fully justified as it has achieved this outcome.
As an example of their arrogance when dealing with naïve western politicians, three Palestinians accused of “collaborating” with Israel were executed by masked Hamas terrorists in front of a cheering crowd in Gaza last Sunday.
And Hamas was quite happy to have this visually broadcast around the world.
Ghastly footage of the killings, originally posted on a Hamas-affiliated Telegram group, shows the three doomed blindfolded men kneeling on the ground in front of a trio of Hamas gunmen holding automatic weapons
The crowd can be heard chanting “Allahu Akbar!” — a Muslim prayer meaning “God is most great” — clearly cheering on the brutal executions.
All three men were then shot in their heads and upper bodies, with the terrorists placing notes on their corpses reading, “Your betrayal will not pass without punishment. A harsh punishment awaits” in handwritten Arabic, the outlet said.
Hamas’ Ministry of the Interior called the men a “group of outlaws” who had collaborated with the Jewish state.
Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom said Islamic Jihad and the Mujahideen Brigades — both formally designated as terror groups by the USA — also took part in the savagery.
The barbaric slayings weren’t the first time this year Hamas executed a group of Palestinians who had tried to resist Hamas terrorists in Gaza.
In May, the terror group killed six Palestinians and shot another 13 in their legs.
A Palestinian security official from the Hamas-run Gaza government told Reuters that the executions were carried out by the “Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian resistance”.
The footage was taken less than a day after Albanese and Wong (pictured below) jointly decided to formally recognize a non-existent Palestine as a UN member state, over the staunch objections of both the USA and Israel – and most Australians.
They will now share the blame for all that will happen as a result of their betrayal of our allies Israel and the USA and encouragement and support for Hamas terrorists.

This is a rare instance in which a public execution in Gaza has been captured on video.
However, there have been previous reports of Hamas using violence on Gazans who dissent and want Hamas terrorists to surrender and return the hostages to Israel, so that life in Gaza can return to normality.
In last Sunday’s footage, one armed man singled out Yasser Abu Shabab as a “major collaborator” who they seek to kill.
Abu Shabab is major figurehead of a clan which has been operating in Rafah, in an area under Israeli military control. The group has presented itself as an opposition force to Hamas.
Hamas and other armed terrorist groups have lost much of their control over the Gaza Strip and armed clans who oppose Hamas are filling the void.
Abu Shabab’s armed group has been advertising for recruits on social media, Reuters reported.
The news agency quoted residents and sources close to Hamas as saying that other groups opposed to Hamas had also emerged in parts of northern Gaza and near Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Israeli troops meanwhile have continued to operate in Gaza City.
The Israeli military said troops had “dismantled military infrastructure used by Hamas” and killed a Hamas cell that had attacked Israeli soldiers, wounding an officer.
BBC Verify has confirmed that the location of the recent executions was a street outside Shifa hospital in the centre of the city, which is the focus of a major Israeli ground offensive.
Israel’s objectives include freeing the hostages still held by Hamas and defeating up to 3,000 fighters in what it has described as the group’s main stronghold.
The Israeli military launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the Hamas-led attack on southern Israel on 7th October 2023 in which about 1,200 people were killed, raped, mutilated, burned alive, and children – including babies – beheaded in front of their parents!
251 others were taken hostage by Hamas and their Gazan Palestinian supporters.
48 of these – some alive and some dead – are still held captive in Hamas’ underground tunnels, subject to ongoing starvation and brutality.
These are the people our Albanese Labor government, Greens and Teals support and encourage.
And they do so with the apparent full approval of the ABC, SBS, and other left-wing media such as the Nine Network, Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian – and many political commentators.
Albanese and Wong claim they are against terrorism and want Hamas to have no further part in the governance of Gaza but they offer no means by which that can be achieved – except by “dialogue”.
Dialogue with murderous Hamas terrorists – really? …. what a joke!
They are like the vacuous beauty queens of the past who called for ‘world peace’.
