previously, the HDB, SAF & CPF had been the political albatross of the PAP. seems like folks had been complaining less of the SAF and taken more interest in the influx of migrant workers. 
as we peer into GE2011, would the migrant worker issue overtake the SAF issue as the proverbial albatross? :p:p:p
then we need to ask: would it be correct to say that the populace can only concentrate on 3 issues at any one time? :o:o:o
