The Budget came out on Friday afternoon and MSM is peddling as “Govt is right”, best budget, good , ‘A Budget To Remember’ and many more accolades even before it has impacted anyone or any target groups with real results or show of evidence.
Note this happens annually after every Budget release by PAP government to date and every time is the right step and best budget. Isn’t something wrong with this reporting and self-claims?
And we are told every year like now in 2014 “Every Singaporean Is Counted For and no one is left behind”. Really didn’t PAP govt and PM Lee leave behind many elderly “Pioneers” missing the age of 65 years in their Pioneer package handout as criticised by many quarters just a week ago in another media play setting in the Istana. Yes with worst insults of 2 chocolates coins stashed in a red packet and some remarkable Singaporean pioneers even purposely ”uninvited” for obvious reasons.
And why has many Singaporeans felt otherwise as completely left out and even chased out by PAP’s policies to date and even PAP’s yearly budgets which catered for incoming foreign talents displacing Singaporeans and PAP ‘s goal of economic growth at all costs for profitability and monetary bonuses for themselves.
