The Medical Alumni management has cancelled SDP’s booking of its theater for the SDP event to unveil ‘The SDP National Healthcare Plan: Caring For All Singaporeans’.
The event was originally slated to be held at the Medical Alumni Centre inside the Singapore General Hospital complex on 17 Mar from 2pm to 5pm.
The booking of the theater was originally confirmed but when the Medical Alumni management learnt about the SDP event, it convened a meeting and decided to cancel SDP’s booking. No particular reasons were given.
SDP is still proceeding with the event but has since re-scheduled it to be held at a different venue. It will now be held at the Peninsula-Excelsior Hotel, Orchid Room, Level L, 5 Coleman Street, on the same date as planned, that is, 17 Mar, Sat between 2pm to 5pm:
