It's about how does England or Cambodia or Egypt creates huge structures 10.5k B.C pointing to the same star & outlining or warning an event on +-23rd Dec 2012 supposingly "End of the world" or Beginging of "The New World"

What are the connection between Angkor Wat in the Jungle of Cambodia, the Pyramid in the desert of Egyptian desert, and monuments on Easter Island and in Micronesia? What is the under water mystery in Japan, the last time it above water was 10,000 years ago? Our ancestors are highly intelligent people, thousand years ago they precisely predicted the solar eclipse over Mexico in 1991.

In this set of three videotapes, writer Graham Hancock traverses the world and explains his controversial theory that an ancient civilization, highly intelligent people who sailed the planet as early as 10,500 B.C., spread advanced astronomical knowledge and built ancient observatories.

Skeptics may scoff, but Hancock earnestly points out similarities in giant stone structures in the Egyptian desert and Cambodian jungles, and on Easter Island and in Micronesia, he points out what he considers evidence of an ancient society of seafarers. His ideas may seem utterly bizarre at first, but Hancock presents them in an understated and good-natured manner, and he also makes clever use of computer graphics and aerial photography to illustrate the startling similarities in ancient structures found from the North Atlantic to the South Pacific.

This is a must see documentary!

Without watching the video, i'll hazzard a guess.. that they're all ruins today becos their civilisation had reached it's pinacle & had exhausted themselves. An insular civilisation without contact from others will eventually exhaust itself & implode.

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

I am a big fan of Ancient Aliens because its damn funny documentary watching "scientists" to use an assumption to prove another assumption and another and another until it became a fact or theory to them. For example:

- I saw Joe went into the coffeeshop exceptionaaly early this morning
- lets assume he's hungry and looking for food
- so why is he hungry? the most probable cause is he lausai whole night all his dinner came out
- you know why he lausai? Must be the brandy, this fucker always post he love brandy
- why he likes brandy? You see must be he watch his daddy drink so much that's why he got influenced.
- you know why his daddy drink so much? Because his daddy opens a KTV.

Proven beyond any doubt - Joe went to coffeeshop earlier than normal this morning because his dad oused to open KTV in the ancient past.

Amazing.

The simpler explanation is Joe needs to go to office early, that is why he is early at the Coffee shop.

The simpler explanation, in my opinion, for ancient civilizations, is that human civilisation did not developed on a monotonic upward progressing path. Without recorded history, we can only assume that past civilisations had achieved some degree of advancement and due to war, famine or natural disaster, these were set back a thousand years. I find this easier to believe, not that aliens interference were not possible but unlikely due to the hurdle of transgressing space.

There are two categories of people - people who believe in miracles and the supernatural or out-of-worldliness and those who believe in the simple explanations. Of course, if there is no one who comes out with outlandish ideas to stimulate the mind, we will never discover new realities. For most people, they will admit some amount of speculative possibilities.

Actually I went coffeshop early because - I'm simply hungry ; borrow toilet ; greet my Tiger beer aunty etc etc

Fook Seng I like your "simpler explanation" way - makes life simpler indeed.

Oh I am not joking when I said I'm a serious follower of the Ancient Alien series, could say I've watch almost all the series in past 4 seasons. This and River Monsters are the only two programs I download into my iPad to watch when I'm traveling.

hey! besides daddy opening the ktv part, that's exactly the sequence of events in my life! i wake up early every morning to get coffee and croissant because i'm hungry, and i'm hungry because i clear my bowels the night before usually before sleep, and i learn to appreciate brandy because i grow up watching my dad sip cognac (he would let me sip some when i was a kid), but he drinks it because he travelled a lot and bought too many bottles at duty free shops. he doesn't gulp like most sinkies would in the yum seng style, so they last.

a video of " The Lost Balls" will be very much appreciated here.

TS thanks for sharing. Will watch when free. Points for u.

I enjoy watching such series as well, not to believe in them but to stimulate the mind on the possibilities.
