Haunted condo? Tan Tong Meng Tower​

Stumbled upon this odd-looking red & white condo, seems like there are at least a few haunted units in it. Some said possibly a kid drowned.

Just curious. Does anyone know what happened to cause these stories? Did you experience any strange encounters? Would you want to stay there?

It's along Thomson Road, looks like an industrial or office building and is very old, built in 1970s, not well maintained. I saw a suspiciously cheap unit listed for rental on a property portal, the layout is unusual with the "porch" indoors etc, the furniture and decor looked creepy (very old, arranged strangely) and the agent was odd too as he insisted only can have one occupant even though the unit is big enough for 2-3 people...

Used to have a classmate staying there back in the days. We would go swimming and then went outside to fish guppies from the longkang and put them in the pool.
Surrounding walk up apartments and the condo next door all kena enbloc wonderful why this building still standing. Never encountered ghost when when staying sleepover there
