Today, July 17 is the last day for the Sinkie gabrament to apply through official channels to the Thai authorities for the extradition of the Holland V bank robber, David James Roach, an Aussie-born Canadian.

The Canadian government is keen to have him back as soon as possible.

I wonder which country will get Roach first?
