Mon
Breakfast - Fried beehoon with egg with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Lunch - Chicken rice with coke
Tea break - Tea with currypuff
Dinner - rice, one meat dish fried in heavy oil , 2 types of vegetables
Supper - chinese rojak with Anchor beer

Tues
Breakfast - Fried carrot cake (sweet and black) with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Lunch - Wanton Mee with chinchow drink
Tea break - Tea with pastry bun
Dinner - rice, steamed seabass , 2 types of vegetables
Supper - cockles with Anchor beer

Wed
Breakfast - Nasi Lemak with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Lunch - Fried Kway Teow with soyabean juice
Tea break - Tea with Kway Lapis
Dinner - Home cooked claypot rice
Supper - Satay with Anchor beer

Thurs
Breakfast - Fried beehoon with egg with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Lunch - Nasi Briyani with sugar cane juice
Tea break - Tea with currypuff
Dinner - rice, one meat dish fried in heavy oil , 2 types of vegetables
Supper - mee rebus with Anchor beer

Fri
Breakfast - Nasi Lemak with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Lunch - Teochew porrdige with lime juice.
Tea break - Tea with currypuff
Dinner - rice, one meat dish fried in heavy oil , 2 types of vegetables
Supper - Indian rojak with Anchor beer

Sat
Breakfast - Fried beehoon with egg with coffee with condensed milk plus sugar (tapau)
Half day from work
Late Lunch at home - Fried fish, 2 veges
Dinner - at Kopitiam or restaurant - anything goes, multiples dishes, chinese tea and beer
Late Supper after cheonging - Changi point, Geylang, Newton etc

Sun
Breakfast - MacDonalds
Lunch - Shopping mall food Centre - Nasi Padang, Korean BBQ,
Tea break - Killiney Road or Adelphi
Dinner - Usually wedding dinner or dinner with family friends
Supper - nil
 
thought ABC stout was the preferred choice?
