I doubt very much Obama will win a 2nd term. He is a great orator and had the American voters' support in the last elections. Today, most of them are disappointed as the change expected never materialised and their lives are not getting any better, in fact it is worse. Many have lost their jobs, savings and homes during his term and many promises were not kept. The "Occupy Wall Street" protest is a good indicator that Obama's time is up.

At this time in my life, I have come to the conclusion that all governments are bad. It is just how bad they are.

I do not know about the countries I have not visited. But, every country I have visited, the middle-working class crap about their rulers - I call it the Citizens Right to Gripe. The exception is Brunei. Folk there are happy and contented. No tax. Subsidized medical - only have to pay one buck for admin costs. Jobs given to locals first if they meet the qualifications. You got the brains to study, the Sultan will provide the cash.

So much for democracy.

At least you have some brains as to what goes in their rubbish country. While I think they are quite practical as homeless and unemployed people probably have little economic or fiscal value to them (hence the likely bickering and deliberation) I also think those bankers over there that failed despite their knowledge and mechanisms of going beyond survival are rubbish as human beings. They depend on the government's infrastructure and permission to do their lucrative business with the local and business people, they always ask for lower taxes (even to the likely extent of cheating their government too with their accountants via what they call creative accounting) and non-intervention from the authorities and now when these failures actually can't manage their banks they now expect the officials to help bail them out selflessly and maintain their fat lives as if nothing had happened.

Shameless and useless beyond belief they are these ugly rotting pigs.
