the traffic junction at blk 888 woodlands has a ghost waiting...
this is the fourth time (fourth fatal accident)
the 4th time police put up a 'looking for witness to fatal accident' sign board
the chinese belief is that
if some one died there, the ghost stayed behind
in order to move on..to the light or reincarnation
the ghost of that place must find a replacement ghost
so accidents always happened at the same place
dont know if this is true..
