my poor li'l brother leetahsar had managed to apply and get a CHAS card which entitles him cheaper medical care at pte clinics and dentists.
however, this card is only valid for 2 yrs and now lts' one is expiry soon. they sent him a new application form for renewal. he filled the forms with many silly redundant pages that really aren't necessary.
his posted forms were returned today. they requested photocopy of both sides of the ID.
wtf! these people like eat full no shit poo!
last year, he had sent the application form and got the card. by right, a new card should ve been sent without even asking.
that brings us to a very vital point: the gahmen wanna help poor and needies. why then do they make it so troublesome? it's like giving u a bowl of hot steaming rice but then purposely don't give u a spoon or chopstick to eat it with.
that's how SM or sado-maschistic the gahmen loves to be. it's like a teasing game. wanna help the poor and needies but at the same make things difficult to reach that helpline.
most of the poor and needies are simple folks who lack education or even average intelligence, that's why they end up as poor and needy. why can't the bloody gahmen understand that and make things the SIMPLEST TO THEM?
in fact if i were to run that agency, i would simply make that CHAS card issued a permanent card instead of renewing it every 2 yrs. this redundant action would incur wasted resources and manpower. once the original application has been processed and approved, there's not need for further repetition to apply or renew. don't they have all these infos already filed in their computer system??
i think the gahmen just love to remind those that they SM helped to be eternally beholden to them which means they want your vote.
