It's really damn fucking hot outside! I have to put double layer of sun block before stepping out of the house.

Ironically, avoiding sunshine and being deprived of the natural production of Vitamin D and serotonin actually increases your risk of cancer.

Your body, your choice.

Sunlight gives vitamin D. It’s the satanists that tell you the opposite. If you believe the opposite, then you end up applying sunscreen made by the pharmaceutical companies on your skin to get skin issues.

And pay money to the medical industry for your problems

Hotel industry and sme requested our government to have mercy and to downplay hot weather issues in Singapore because many tourists have cancelled booking to Singapore

Before ozone layer depletion, the benefits of vitamin D from sun exposure outweighed the risks of skin cancer from sun exposure.

After ozone layer depletion, the risks of skin cancer from sun exposure now outweighs the benefits of vitamin D from sun exposure.

The safest way to get vitamin D now is with supplements.

Unless you are a fair skin Caucasian, you do not need sun block or sunscreen in 35C, if you are not exposed to the sun for extended period of time between 1100 to 1500 hours.
I rarely apply sunscreen.

Actually it's not the heat, but the humidity which brings discomfort.
