What is that even supposed to mean? Cool big malls and stadiums, but don't allow us to cool bedrooms, hospital beds, living quarters, classrooms, etc?

Supposedly written by someone who lives in temperate regions, rather than someone who lives in a tropical region where it may be sweltering all year round.

You are right. I noticed during past recessions, the environment is cooler, in fact Sg had fog and dew in the mornings.

And during the lockdown, the sky was lots clearer. Now it gets muggy again.
