If you are already vaxxed, eating processed food or not won't make an iota of difference. You will die early anyways.

I want to eat a delicious hot dog. I've been on a diet for about a week now and I really want to eat something unhealthy. Are there people like me here? I found https://betterme.world/articles/intro-to-calisthenics/ and I'm thinking of starting to exercise more to stop allowing myself to eat unhealthy food from time to time. I'll look for delicious hot dog recipes at home and if I manage to make something delicious, I'll share it with you.
