I'm thinking of Mustafa at Serangoon. I believe they sell watches, but I'm not sure of their prices.

Any chance that their prices are cheaper than the Rado boutiques ?

I've never heard this brand being mentioned for decades.
They were big back in the days.
Being the fashionista worth my salt then I had a pair of them....one entirely in gold and the other in black. The in look then were slim watches....the slimmer the better. Remembered they cost a princely sum.
How do their current models look like?

They were big in the '70s because they were one of the first, if not the first, to make entirely scratch-proof watches – Rado Diastar range: sapphire crystal, case & bracelet made of hard ceramics (titanium & tungsten carbide). The Rado Florence range was more elegant – slim, dressy, but case was not scratch-proof. Owned a Florence dress watch on a nice leather strap back then.

I remember the Rado show that was telecasted in Spore during the late 60's. I remember visiting the TV station at Caldecott to view a life broadcast:)

Yup, it was popular in the early 70s. Slim watches? I think Edox is the leader now.

I hope to find this model that has been discontinued:

The current models that I still find attractive:

More pictures on Rado. The brand sounds rather "off fashion" to me. Perhaps it's because of its link with the damn old Rado Show, not sure it's SBC show or Rediffsion show. Or it's a shitskin favorite brand. It's also due to a lack of endorsement by famous movie stars or sports personalities. However, the bracelet of Rado is one of a kind - elegant, minimalistic with clean lines.
