That Ministerial Eight Months Bonus

Even the MSM could not hide from us the fact that the ministers received eight months of bonus for their efforts last year. That resulting figure is already probably the GDP of some of the smaller countries in Africa.

Yet, I hear that the eight months bonus is only a part payment. Can anyone confirm this? This would be good for some of the candidates to pick up.
