NEW DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF SINGAPORE CUSTOMS
We would like to inform you that Mr Teo Eng Cheong who is from the Ministry of Community Development and Sports will replace Mr Ng How Yue as Director-General Singapore Customs with effect from 16 August 2004.
2 Mr Ng has headed the department since 1 April 2003. He will be leaving Singapore to pursue the Stanford Sloan Program, Stanford University, USA.

when Ng How Yue was doing his Stanford Sloan Program, Tin Tin was still in NUS doing her undergrad.....
even now Teo Eng Cheong career is forever lagging behind Ng How Yue evcen though he is older......
even now Teo Eng Cheong is only the CEO of iesingapore and Ng How Yue is already the Second Permanent Secretary of MTI...
how would you feel if you are Jo Teo and your Hubby is so bey kan ??
she must be thinking "KANNINA, I am already MOS and my bey kan Hubby is only a CEO of a lousy staat board, I am like 10 level above him "
