Teenager arrested for throwing bricks down from HDB flat

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 13-year-old teenager for tossing two bricks from his HDB flat.
On March 17, Police were alerted at about 7.14pm that bricks had been thrown down from an unknown floor of Block 116, Jalan Bukit Merah.
Officers from Bukit Merah East Neighbourhood Police Centre conducted extensive investigations, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect in Jalan Bukit Merah on April 1.
Investigations against the suspect are on-going.
Anyone found guilty of committing a rash act endangering life or the personal safety of others faces a jail term of up to six months, and a fine of up to $2,500. - CNA/de
