Teen arrested for exposing private parts to 3 women

SINGAPORE - Police have arrested a 19-year-old man who is believed to have exposed himself to three women at Telok Blangah Crescent between November 14 and December 4.
The women, aged 26, 30, & 34, reported that an unknown man had appeared outside their houses and caught their attention by making noises. When the women turned to look at their front doors, the suspect showed them his genitals and committed an obscene act. He fled when the victims shouted at him.
Police later identified and arrested the suspect in Bedok.
If convicted, he can be jailed for up to 3 months, fined, or both.
