Technical Error or S$1.44M Charity Fraud?

What in the world is a "TECHNICAL error"?
It semes to me that people use the word technical when they don't know or don't want to disclose the real reasons.

Like to add that Tong Chai has been doing a service for the old and needy around chin swee, chinatown, redhill ect. for decades. The objective of the establishment is honorable. The burden rest on those who manage it to uphold that honor.

Only a fucking Thai bapok like you will not understand the difference between the charity contribution and the amount the telco charges for helping the charity collect the money.
