i know there are many dedicated teachers out there... quite a handful of black sheep too

i know quite a few good teachers, but at the same time, a lot more black sheeps.

Especially some of those who like to form "mini gangs" among those who speak the same language. They will always fight for all the easy jobs or high profiles jobs for their gang members while pushing all the dirty jobs to those who are alone.
