Enter Mr Ng Foo Keong. Educated in RI ( took his O levels in 1983) and RJC ( took his A levels in 1985), he also studied abroad in Jesus College,Cambridge University. Former school teacher at the Raffles Schools, and Catholic JC. He is now a private tutor.
