ah...ha...what's wrong with that? Take a look at the Taxi charter again. It makes sense,rite?

There is so much mis-understanding, quarrels caused by the different expectations of passengers. Dun you think the transport council shld do something abt it,like pasting this kind of charter in cabs so that pple can understand.
But till today, they do nothing abt it? I think they like to see quarrels going on between passengers and cab drivers?

I agree the taxi driver ID photos should be 30cm x 30cm, the name of the driver & company he work for & the taxi number, in illuminous yellow against a black background in font size 16, so that in any dispute the user can easily remember the name & the face and so forth.
The taxi driver must also solemnly swear that, they do not purposely drive slowly than a snail, play with their gears ( vehicle that is), take a circuitous route, when a point a to point b route is available. Pick up fares from the roadside, every hour there musn't be changing shift. Know that SINgapore is not a very big island, Tuas end, is not 500km away & picking you up from Changi Airport to Simei, they are paid also. Lastly, pay attention on the road; and not wear the earpiece or blue tooth piece & chat with their girl friends, mistrees or wives or immediate realtions.
I support the Taxi charter...
