Public transport is meant for poorer singaporeans.
Yet relative to the lower income salaries it is not

why? public transport has been privatised into

from the elite class. All the cost of taxation on fuel,
vehicle taxes, etc are then passed on to.Singaporeans
along with the cost of.expensive executives plus.profits for.shareholders.
