Tan Kim Lian is a PAP supporter all along. The Government will NOT do it to him. He is being put in the picture as part of the WAYANG show.

What the Government really wants is to put up an alternative candidate with the required qualifications for selection to run the wayang show. However, TKL in person is not of Presidential material.
