SBS driver who is China national doesn't know where Bras Basah Road is
STOMPer hyperterra had an unpleasant experience recently with a Chinese national bus driver who was unaware of where Bras Basah Road was located, when in fact the bus service plies the area.
Said the STOMPer:
"I was taking the bus service 133 from Lavender MRT station.
My friend didn't have enough value in the EZlink card so he needed to pay with coins. We wanted to go to Bras Basah Road, which is a stop for Bus 133.
"The Chinese national bus driver didn't know where Bras Basah Road was.
"It's not as if I asked him where NAFA or Iluma was.
"Bras Basah Road is an actual stop for the bus service yet he didn't know his stops!
"I had to tell him Bugis and he asked which part.
"When asked for the fare, he just said $1.
"I didn't know if that is the actual fare.
" I may have been cheated."
