1- Aggregation of marginal gains : 1% improvement in nearly everything that you do. 2-The power of identity : "positive view of aging" : link the outer layer of behaviour change (results) (..or goal or outcome) to actions but deeper to the (identity or belief or mindset).. a shift in mindset leads to shift in daily choices, and a shift in daily choses leads to significantly better results in long-run. 3-Ruthless elimination : decision fatigue or ego depletion : the more decisions that we make over the course of the day, the more your willpower and focus gets fatigued. It is like a muscle. your brain has only so much capacity to provide your willpower and it gets fatigued. 4- The 25-5 rule warren buffett: 5 priorities and the others 20 are going to be "never do under any cirumstances" and Not "do in weekends or in bored time". Otherwise they are gonna occupy space and time and energy and they are going to be only good uses of time and not GREAT uses of time. 5- 3 R's rule: all habits (good or bad) are 3 steps: Reminder (motivation or trigger or signals that we should do smth) , Routine (the action or habit itself) , Reward (positive benefit associated with them). LEVERAGE (boost) the new habit by rendring an already current habit as a trigger for it (morning coffee). 6- 2 minutes rule: Nearly any habit can be started in 2 minutes ( going out for a run after work : rather to focus on the whole process of running long distance , just focus on the first 2 minutes of that habit : shoes and locking the door). Motivation come AFTER starting small steps and not BEFORE. The other steps flow easily. The peak of the motivation is at the start. Make it so easy that you can not say no. 7- pre-commitement: instant willpower improvements (just assign a date and an hour and the place for your habit). 8- Implementation intentions: similar to 7 but slightly different. 9- keystone habits: simplicity and eliminating and focus on the key-stone habits that creats a cascade of other behaviours ( working out means focusing better and sleeping better and eating better as a result). I did not want to have focusing better habit nor eating better hapit but they became as a result of my keystone habit. 10- environment design: design for lazy behaviour to be a better choice ( put popcorn away if you dont wanna eat it a lot). 11- The sienfeld strategy: get a wall calender , all days should be mapped out in one page. And put an (x) on each day that you stick to your behaviour (habit of 10 minutes of writing for example). In the begining you will do your habit every now and then. However, eventually you will have this chain in a row that you will have the urge not to break the chain (whether it is a good or bad habit).
 
Aggregation of marginal increment is the secret of the universe or growth or existence itself even our dna is conditioned through eons of repeated actions or habits from the first density of particles progressively all things are energy or consciousness, added up, molded or formed bit by bit. Everything also has a threshold that's 51% is the universal or mathematical tipping point.

Hence when the Buddha and Jesus goes into Nirvana a meditative 'trance mode' through fasting, prayer, chanting etc for purer thoughts they maintain the over 51% Samadhi or 'blissful' vibration everyday for 40 days. Bliss is the innate Universal vibration or default vibration of the Universe for everything is constantly singing in praise.

For 40 days and they 'become' or rise a notch permanently. Because in 40 days we complete the blood recycle and the iron in our blood also replaced it acts as the recorder like a mini Akashic recorder. It's a simple or basic dna altering technique yet quantum.

Whenever the birds comes to my plants eating the fruits or flower nectar they would chirp or sing and the butterflies would dance around and sometimes even they would rest on your hands they can detect your aura or emotion or vibration.

Humans are call 'fallen angels' for a reason. We're born pure but the moment we learn to believe mundane survival and reasonings we forgo our spiritual connectivity and becomes more and more physical living entities we lose connection to Source and anxiety, disease, aging naturally ensues......... all because we belief we are or must be getting old by certain age, gets sick and dies.

Even our cells had to commit kamikaze suicide or self destruct to fulfil our wish hence the phrase 'thy will be done'. We're creators but our mind has been misguided into self limiting beliefs.

Forgive everything and everyone deep inside, the Creator or GOD is within everything for separation is the first distortion of existence itself. Learn to Love the Universe as it is for all are xp and lessons perfect as it is in totality, you'll be surprised. Every thought counts even those 'self talk' quit cussing and hating lol........ You're only hurting thy self/selves. The Universe works in mysterious ways for nature has perfect balance don't worry about what others do, Karma is a bitoch whether this life or next you can never escape it's nature.

Hence more things are wrought by dreams than the world had ever learnt or knoweth of. lol............... :P <3
