新竹一名14歲的未成年少女，日前在短短2個月內，先後與3名不同男子發生性關係，事後懷孕卻不知道孩子的爹是誰。母親得知後氣炸了，找了楊姓男友幫忙，對方找了黑道假扮刑警肉搜這3男，並對其中2名少年的父母賠償3百萬元，更用電擊棒刑求。日前地院審理終結，判決楊男等4人5到8月不等刑期。
法院判決指出，該名少女在2016年期間，先後與張姓、陳姓與周姓少年發生性關係，事後少女懷孕了，但她不知道孩子是誰的種。少女的簡姓母親得知後十分生氣，就找了楊姓男友幫忙，楊男夥同3名天道盟成員肉搜這3名少年趁機勒索。
楊男當時帶著懷胎幾個月的少女和3名兄弟，先到張姓少年的住處，期間用螺絲起子撬開門，正好被返家的屋主撞見，對方就謊稱是竹北分局的刑警，將當時在睡覺的張姓少年與另名陳姓少年押在一處KTV內，逼對方下跪外，還對他們甩巴掌。2名少年的父母到場後，楊男則搬出黑道名聲威嚇，2名少年的家屬當下嚇得承諾賠償300萬元。
事後楊男又找到周姓少年，將人再到一處鐵皮屋逼簽自白書，甚至還對他甩巴掌和用電擊棒電他。最後被害人無法忍受，憤而向警方報案。
新竹地院審理後，查出楊男等人的犯罪動機是替少女出氣，屬於一時氣憤，審理期間楊男等人也坦承錯誤，審酌無再犯之虞，因此依少年共同恐嚇取財未遂、強制、僭行公務員職權罪，判處楊男等4月5到8個月不等的徒刑，緩刑2年，接受法治教育3場。

A 14-year-old underage girl in Hsinchu recently had sexual relations with three different men in just two months. After pregnancy, she did not know who the child was. After the mother learned that she had blown up, she found a boyfriend named Yang and helped her. The other party found the 3 men who were under the guise of the criminal police, and compensated the parents of 2 teenagers for 3 million yuan. A few days ago, the court trial ended, and four men, including Yang Nan, were sentenced to five to eight months.
The court ruled that the girl had sexual relations with Zhang, Chen and Zhou’s teenagers during 2016. After the girl became pregnant, she did not know who the child was.
