農曆春節，不少宮廟都會抽出國運籤，以做為整年的運勢參考。而台南市的南鯤鯓代天府，依慣例會在農曆大年初一舉辦循古禮抽國運籤活動。但因為2015年曾抽出國運籤「武則天坐天」，被視為蔡英文當選預言！不過，南鯤鯓代天府接下來連續3年抽出中下籤跟下下籤，引發外界批評唱衰台灣，所以廟方今(2019)年想停辦國運籤，但此決定神明卻「不同意」，廟方無奈之下只好續辦還是抽出國運籤，但乾脆不解籤，給大家自行解讀。

因為「神預測」蔡英文當選總統，而聲名大噪的台南北門南鯤鯓代天府，不過接著民國105、106、107年抽出中下、下下籤，被認為「唱衰」國運，加上去年國運籤抽出「漢李廣父子陣亡」，被解讀為不吉利，對比去年台灣面臨外交困境，再度引發討論！另外還有籤詩最後一句「恰似行舟上高灘」，也被說意指南部雨大成災。
而本來不想再當夾心餅乾的廟方，本來決定今年不抽國運籤，但請示主神五府千歲，多次擲筊詢問都擲不出「三聖筊」，廟方想停辦遭神明「否決」，因此仍會抽國運籤，但不做解籤這個動作，好壞與否留給社會大眾各自解讀。
