高雄女子監獄爆發獄友性侵案！一名在高雄女監服刑的何姓女子疑似因為性慾高漲，竟用手腳強行把另一名獄友的雙腳扳開，以腳趾狂戳對方下體，性侵對方數分鐘得逞，讓受害獄友身心受創，憤而提告，高高雄地院一審依強制猥褻罪，判處何女6月徒刑，可易科罰金18萬元，全案可上訴。
判決書中指出，何女因犯罪，在高雄市大寮區「法務部矯正署高雄女子監獄」服刑，入獄後因違反監獄規定，改住進「違規房」。結果何女於2018年6月18日下午，疑似性慾大漲，竟以手腳強行扳開同房獄友的雙腿，再用腳趾隔著褲子，摩擦對方下體數分鐘，以此滿足性慾。

受害獄友不堪受辱，憤而向獄方告狀並提告。何女偵訊時直接認罪，加上說詞都與受害者敘述相似，且性侵過程也被獄中監視器拍到，且有其他獄友作證。
法官表示，何女為滿足個人性慾，不顧獄友的身體自主權而造成傷害，但考量她坦承犯行，因此依強制猥褻罪判6月徒刑，可易科罰金；民事賠償部分，受害者求償60萬元，法官判何女須賠5萬元，全案可再上訴。
