根據《聯合報》報導，四海幫旗下的「聯海工程」，在西門町餐廳舉辦創立15周年的聯歡晚會，會場內還邀請統促黨總裁張安樂、松聯幫、天道盟和萬國幫等各道上人士。正當大家酒酣耳熱之際，四海幫一位高層突然走上台，拿起麥克風嚴肅的說：「小吳（吳日正）違反江湖道義，做了不該做的事情，這件事我們沒辦法原諒，決定將他開除」，從此之後吳日正和四海幫無關。話剛說完，原本熱鬧的氣氛，頓時變得凝重，底下的人也開始交頭接耳，就連張安樂等人也尷尬的不知道如何是好。" data-reactid="49">

Wu Rizheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Four Seas Gang, who was arrested for intimidation and access to finances, discovered from his DNA that he was involved in a sexual assault and robbery case 22 years ago. After the case was exposed, the senior officials of the Four Seas were furious and even at the evening party on the 9th, they directly announced that Wu Rizheng had been expelled from the Four Seas.

The meeting also invited the party’s President Zhang Anle, Song Lianbang, Tiandaomeng and Wanguobang etc. Everybody on the road. Wu Rizheng was reported to be the object of peace control last year. He was arrested by the Criminal Bureau a few days ago because of the involvement of violence in debt collection. The police sampled his DNA and found that he was guilty of sexual gang invasions 22 years ago. At 8 o'clock in the evening on August 9, 1996, a woman was followed by a person on the Xinsheng North Road. The culprit took the victim and forced the victim into the car. He took away more than 30,000 yuan from her body and then sexually assaulted him.
The Criminal Bureau arrested Wu Rizheng a few days ago, but once he was asked about it, he argued that "forgot there was no such thing."
