基隆市有民眾將機車停在銘傳路上，20日凌晨牽車時發現坐墊上插滿針頭，嚇得趕緊報警，當事人的朋友也將此情況PO上當地社團，提醒民眾多加注意；對此，警方表示將加強巡邏，以防類似案件發生。
原PO在臉書社團「基隆人」發文指出，他的朋友在20日凌晨1點許，在銘傳路發現機車坐墊插滿4支針頭，有1支還外露躺在上面，還有1支掉落在車旁邊，提醒附近民眾要小心「如有民眾發現可疑人物，煩請與我們聯絡，感謝」。
網友們看到照片驚呼，「附近可能有吸毒的人吧」、「會不會有愛滋感染的問題」、「針頭插進坐墊內，還可以坐人嗎，會不會傳染？好嚇人」；另外，還有網友貼出照片，日前也在銘傳路附近，拍到同一輛機車的座墊被插針頭，不過當時只有一支。

基隆市警察局第一分局延平街派出所表示，接獲報案後已積極調閱週邊監視器鏡頭，清查有無可疑之嫌疑人或惡作劇之人，另本所近日將加強案發現場週邊之巡邏、守望，以防類似案件再次發生。

新北市一名女子遭受家暴求助警方，當時受理員警了解狀況期間，進而得知對方正在準備國家考試，遂讓她暫住自己家中；孰料，女子搬走後卻報案指控，員警對她性侵長達5個月之久，連她搬進新家後都不放過；警員應訊時則供稱，兩人是男女朋友，做愛皆屬你情我願；新北地檢署檢方指出，被性侵怎麼不報案？還能繼續同居，搬走時更傳「改天來過一夜」的訊息給員警，全案罪證不足不起訴。
根據三立新聞網報導，女子控訴，去年3月遭受家暴向警方求助，當時該名警員前來現場處理，兩人因此相互熟識，警員當時表示：「妳父母已經不要妳了，社會局也不會安置妳，我知道妳在準備國家考試，我不收妳房租，要住多久都可以，不會趕妳走！」邀她搬到警員租屋處同居。
孰料，當她入住才第2天後，員警便伸出狼爪，不顧她反抗性侵得逞，期間還拍成性愛影片，好不容易到了同年7月她終於成功搬走，沒想到員警又去她的租屋處殘忍性侵，忍無可忍決定提告。
員警到案後否認性侵，表示當時女子稱自己被家暴，後來才說只是想找個地方好好念書，準備國考。由於離考試時間還剩約4個月，他才說租屋處仍有空房間可借住，女子也接受邀約；兩人在同居3天後交往，發生多次性行為都是兩情相悅的，且直到7月女子搬出去，他還到受對方邀約至新家幫忙組裝書桌，當晚兩人也有發生性行為。
檢方勘驗性愛影片，發現女子明顯知道警員在拍攝，沒有脅迫等情事，加上女子搬到新租屋處時，還傳送「謝謝你這幾個月幫我忙！」、「改天來過一夜，你會愛上這房間」等字句；再加上依常理，被性侵怎麼不去報案，還持續住在警員家數月之久，顯然不符常情，因此採信員警供詞，遂予以不起訴處分。
