Enforcement of unfair contracts
The vile regime does not stop at legalised blood sucking land grabs. It forces peasants into signing unfair contracts. Historically Emperors in Imperial China simply issued edicts to enforce their whims and fancies. Such edicts usually end up in grief for Imperial Pariahs who will be subjected to the usual ‘off with his head or penis’ treatments should they dissent.

In modern Peasantpore where lackeys crow that rule of contracts apply, Peasants routinely entered into unfair procedural contracts that favours the regime. There will be a catch all clause that accords the regime, unquestioned powers to enforce contracts to regime’s favor should there be a dispute.

The modern peasant is no better off than a serf! He has no legal recourse against unfair contracts. He usually do not have alternatives because the regime will force him to sign unfair contracts in exchange for access to social services e.g. 'public housing'. For example, in the standard Housing Mafia Tenancy agreement, peasants will find a clause that confers deity powers to the Housing Mafia to enforce the contract to the former’s favour should any disputes arise.

In Imperial China, you are end up by birth in an autocratic system! In Modern Peasantpore, your sign your rights away when faced with unfair contracts.
