Subordinate Courts opens on Dec 26

SINGAPORE: There will be a special sitting of the Criminal Mentions Court at the Subordinate Courts next Monday in Court 26.
The Court said this is to enable constitutional and statutory compliance by investigation agencies to produce all arrested persons before a Magistrate within 48 hours.
The special sitting will be presided by a District Judge.
