Stuff it till it's bursting at seams
HOLIDAY HIDEAWAY HAM Stuffed chicken breast with ham and cheese

NAVIGATING the treacherous waters of this festive season requires skill and strategy. There is only so much turkey, roast meat, cookies, and log cakes you can resist before you succumb to these weapons of waist destruction.
Which is why, when selecting clothes for the New Year parties ahead, think big, think flowing.
Choose dresses that can best accentuate your assets and hide those festive fats.
A well-designed dress is like a well-cut chicken breast.
It is amazing how much it can hide away - roast ham, cheese, more ham and so on.
Just be sure the seams of your dress stay together.

You don't really want any extra topping or unflattering bits spilling out when you are trying to squeeze into that L size.
Melted cheese that spilleth over or wine that runneth over may be very alluring when feasting, but that may not apply to women who aim to look sophisticated at parties.
Remember, you don't really want to kick off the New Year with a wardrobe malfunction.
Should you be unable to find that perfect dress, there is always the option to hide yourself at home where you can force-feed your partner until he reaches whale-like proportions.
That way, you would look slim standing beside Mr Blubberman.
