Ferocious winds have swept pedestrians off their feet in the Netherlands. Gusts of 90mph have battered many parts of Europe including Belgium, Germany and the UK. Three people have been killed in the Netherlands in extreme weather, and flights were suspended at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam.
