Staff at the Cambridge outlet of British department store John Lewis have launched a search on social media after receiving a heartwarming letter from one of their youngest customers.
In the note, little Faith apologises for breaking a bauble while visiting the store.

"To John Lewis Cambridge," it reads, "I'm sorry I broke a Christmas bauble on Saturday. It cost two pounds. Here is the money for it. Sorry again, Faith, aged 5."
Two pound coins were attached to the note with sellotape.
Staff at the store were both touched and baffled.
"The letter arrived on Tuesday afternoon and had no return address or indication of who the young girl was. We really want to find out who she is so we can thank her," store boss Dominic Joyce told the Daily Mail.
"We'd like to thank her and because of her adorable letter maybe give her something from the store she would like."
The search caught fire on social media after the store posted an image of the letter on Twitter, with users in the area using the hashtag #findfaith.
At least one Twitter user has claimed to have seen the child drop the ornament, but Faith has yet to be found.
