Family given the runaround on ticket discounts at Sentosa

I AM a Singaporean who took my in-laws from overseas to Sentosa. As we only wanted to visit the famous Underwater World and the Butterfly Park, we were not interested in the 'Fun' or 'Thrill' packages Sentosa offers, which mainly consist of rides.
I have some complaints:
- When asked, the ticket officer at Beach Station was unsure of the discounts an Islander Corporate could offer.
-Maps were not updated. We were offered two maps in English and Chinese. The Chinese version was not updated with the new location of the Dolphin Lagoon.
-At Underwater World, we bought four adult tickets that cost $22.90 each. Imagine our horror when we travelled to Imbiah later to find that 'Stars of Sentosa' offered Underwater World, Dolphin Lagoon and Butterfly Park for $29.90. The promotional banner was up at the Imbiah Outlook bus stop and a poster was up at the Butterfly Park ticket booth. However, there was no promotion at Underwater World. How could there be such a discrepancy in pricing? If we had still wanted to visit Butterfly Park, we would have had to pay $16 more for each adult.
-A check with the Butterfly Park ticket officer revealed that she did not know if Underwater World still carried the 'Stars of Sentosa' promotion and she asked us to go back to Underwater World to find out. Why are details of promotions not shared across Sentosa?
-I called Underwater World to ask about the 'Stars of Sentosa' promotion and was told it ended on Sunday. Then why was Butterfly Park still selling the promotion? The officer said she would check with Butterfly Park and would call me back. No one called back.
