must have been transferred from fingernails to food during preparation, especially cooks who use fingers to clean arsehole with water spray. they ASSume water spray washes their fingers too. wrong! only way to thoroughly wash hands is rub them with anti-bacterial soap, dig fingernails with soap, and wash under running water in sink for 6.9 minutes. or at least wear disposable gloves when preparing food.
