Singapore kangaroo court will not care about the reasons behind the worker's problems. Once you acted in a way that displeased higher authority, you will be threw into jail. On the other side of the twilight zone, PAP can be exoneratered from all sort of actions, if you disagree, they will weave out hundred of reasons to confuse you and Kangaroo is largely out of the picture if the judge wanted to protect his iron rice bowl.
