Man bares bottom and distracts motorists at Commonwealth Drive
STOMPer Candice saw this man standing by the roadside at Commonwealth Drive, exposing his bottom, and attracting the attention of motorists and passers-by.
She said:
"I was passing by Commonwealth Drive this morning sometime after 11am when I saw this man at the roadside with his pants halfway down.
"Every passer-by and every driver passing by was looking at him, but he was simply oblivious to the public and continued doing what he was doing."
